Brandstack connects Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Instagram, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and major logistics partners out of the box. If your stack includes a custom warehouse, an ERP, or a proprietary data source, you can request a custom integration and the Brandstack team will scope, build, and deploy it for you. What it shows

A completed custom integration appears inside your Brandstack dashboard alongside native sources. That means:
  • Unified reporting: Your warehouse stock levels or ERP order statuses chart next to ad spend and storefront revenue
  • Shared alerting: Anomaly detection runs across your custom data too, not just the built-in connectors
  • One login: Your team stops exporting CSVs from the ERP just to paste them into a spreadsheet

Why it matters

D2C operations rarely fit a one-size-fits-all stack. When your logistics or financial data lives in a system Brandstack does not yet connect to, your dashboard tells half the story. Custom integrations close that gap so your reporting, forecasting, and alert coverage match the real shape of your business.

What you can do with it

  • Submit a request from the Integrations page using the Custom Integration form. Include the platform name, the data you want available, and your primary use case.
  • Expect an initial scoping call within two business days, followed by a timeline estimate based on API availability and data complexity.
  • Typical timelines range from one to four weeks for standard REST or webhook-based sources.
  • Once live, invite team members to the new data source the same way you manage permissions for native integrations.
