Sync frequency

Brandstack refreshes most data in near real time. Here is what that means in practice:
  • Shopify orders and refunds: typically within a few minutes of the event
  • Ad spend and impressions: updated at least hourly, sometimes faster
  • Marketplace orders and payouts: pulled daily or as soon as the marketplace report is available
  • GA4 sessions: updated daily for the previous day
  • Logistics tracking: updated as carriers push new events, usually every few hours
The first time you connect a source, Brandstack may take up to 24 hours to fully backfill your historical data. After that, new data flows in automatically.
