Invite Team Members to Your Brandstack Workspace

Learn how to add teammates to Brandstack, assign roles like Owner, Admin, Analyst, or Viewer, and manage Agency Guest access for external collaborators.

Brandstack lets you invite your entire team and external agencies into one workspace so everyone sees the same data. This page walks you through sending invites, choosing the right role for each person, and understanding how Agency Guest access works.

1. Open Team settings

   Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select Team.

2. Add an email address

   In the Invite a team member field, type the email address of the person you want to add. You can invite multiple people at once by separating emails with commas.

3. Pick a role

   Open the Role dropdown and choose the access level for this person:

   Role	What they can do
   Owner	Full access to billing, integrations, team management, and data.
   Admin	Can add or remove users, manage integrations, and view all reports.
   Analyst	Can build dashboards, run reports, and export data. Cannot manage users or billing.
   Viewer	Read-only access to dashboards and reports you share with them.
   Agency Guest	Access limited to specific brands you select. Ideal for external marketing or creative agencies.

4. Send the invite

   Click Send invite. The person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. If they do not accept within 7 days, the link expires and you can resend it from the Team page.

Agency Guests only see the brands you explicitly assign to them during invitation. They cannot browse other brands, view billing, or manage team members.

What happens next

Once a team member accepts the invite they appear in the Team list with their role. You can change roles or remove access at any time from Settings > Team.
